MD of Maharashtra Metro Brijesh Dixit talks to Mirror Now: "He said this station has many features; the platform's depth is 33 metres from the ground, and that's why it is the deepest metro station in India." The platform also has natural light with the help of skylights. This is the green building station with platinum grading and a vertical forest. The location of the station is on the bank of the Mutha River.
