The dean (student welfare) further informed the students that any violations of its disciplinary regulations will result in disciplinary action in the email communication. It claims that PDAs (Public Displays of Affection) and participating in private activities anywhere on or around the NITC campus, including restrooms, dimly lit areas, and classrooms, might make other people feel uneasy and disrupt the learning environment.
