4:53Now Playing12 cheetahs were transported from South Africa as part of the Indian Government Project Cheetah, and they arrived in the Kuno National Park (KNP) in Madhya Pradesh's Sheopur region on Saturday. Special accommodations have been prepared for their relocation and stay at the park. It comes months after PM Modi transported eight cheetahs from Namibia and let them loose in the national park to restore and improve India's biodiversity. According to sources, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, and Bhupender Yadav, the environment minister, would release the cheetahs into their quarantine cages in the Kuno National Park.
