According to the ECI, the Shinde group will continue to utilise the party moniker "Shiv Sena" and the "Bow and Arrow" emblem. Incidentally, since Shinde became the chief minister of Maharashtra in June of last year, both the Shinde and Uddhav Thackeray factions have clashed over the party's name and emblem.
