4:31Now PlayingThe first phase of the Mumbai coastal road, from Marine Drive to Worli, is likely to be ready by November 2023. According to a senior official of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), up to 71 percent of the work has been finished. The project, which is being built by the BMC, is expected to cost a total of Rs 12,721 crore. According to BMC chief engineer M M Swami, Phase I, the 10.58 km section from Marine Drive to Worli in south Mumbai, would be operational by November.
