The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did not ask for an extension of his custody, and the court has ordered him to be in judicial custody for 14 days until March 20th. Hence, Sisodia will remain in jail until then. His next hearing is scheduled for March 10th in Rouse Avenue Court, so he will not be released before that. Sisodia has been taken to Tihar jail along with his colleague Satendra Jain, who is also in custody in the same prison.
