24:28Now PlayingAmritpal Singh, the wanted "Waris Punjab De" leader, was taken into custody early on Sunday in the Punjabi village of Moga, the Punjab Police said. Police sources claim that the pro-Khalistani leader is being moved to Assam's Dibrugarh jail, where other members of his organization are already detained. The Moga Police has not yet released any additional information. The National Security Act has led to Amritpal Singh's detention. The Punjab Police and national intelligence worked together to make the arrest. After giving a speech at the Gurdwara Janam Asthan Sant Khalsa in Rode Village, Moga, he was taken into custody.
