In today's episode of Beyond the Headline with Tamanna Inamdar, we will be discussing the massive victory of the Congress party in the state of Karnataka. A decisive victory for the Congress in the Karnataka election: the Congress has won 137 seats out of 224 with a 43% voteshare. The BJP, which was the single largest party in the last election but only saved 65 seats with a vote share of 35.9%, had a big drop. JD (S) became the biggest loser in this election. Congress now gets its first government in the south, which makes them the king of Kranataka.

Congress has gained high morale from #KarnatakaElectionResults2023 and that needs to be resonated to the rest of the country", says Madhavan Narayanan.

#ResultsWithMirrorNow | "Although this is a breather for Congress but it does not bring any guarantee of victory in 2024 elections", says Tehseen Poonawalla

"Karnataka has a history of changing its govt but the idea that Congress owns the country and we just live in it needs to change", says Abhish Banerj.
