India is looking for Rana for his role in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. US Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Chooljian's order certifies Rana's extradition under the India-US extradition treaty. The extradition judgement comes just over a month before Prime Minister Modi's scheduled official visit to Washington, DC, where he will be hosted for a state dinner on June 22 by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
