5:18Now PlayingOn a mission to unite opposition parties against the BJP before of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar travelled to Delhi and met with Arvind Kejriwal, who has proposed a Rajya Sabha "plan" that might be a "semi-final" before the general elections. Tejashwi Yadav, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister and RJD politician, was also present at the meeting. The Delhi CM called the Centre's introduction of an Ordinance to evade a massive Supreme Court judgement in favour of the AAP-led government "unconstitutional," and claimed Nitish Kumar had given him "full support" on the issue, which they will fight together. Arvind Kejriwal will meet Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray and NCP Chief Sharad Pawar in Mumbai on May 24 and 25 to discuss the strategy to block the ordinance in the Upper House.
