Konchok Stanzil, Councillor of Chushul has asserted that China has constructed a Chinese observation point in Demchok which used to be the Zorawar Fort. The construction started in 2010 and was completed in 2012 and now double-storey building can be seen in the new construction area. He said this is one of the construction.
