3:46Now PlayingThe meteorological department has issued a severe heat wave warning for seven states, including Bihar, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, until Monday. These states are expected to experience intense heat wave conditions. In Telangana, residents of Telangana witnessed a maximum temperature of 41.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the seasonal average. However, there was some relief in parts of Kerala as rainfall was reported. The meteorological department has predicted isolated heavy rainfall in seven districts of Kerala and issued a yellow warning. Meanwhile, Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) continue to face scorching temperatures with no immediate respite in sight.
