The protest is in response to the decision of Rice to implement the 'Anaa Bhagya' scheme. One of the guarantees that Congress came up with is that they are going to give 10 kgs of rice to the BPL families. Dy chief minister D.K Shivakumar has announced that the protest will take place at all district headquarters levelled on 20th of June.
