In today's episode of The Urban Debate host Shreya Dhoundial will be discussing the 3rd day of 'Old Car Net Bekaar'. Private vehicles are being lifted without any notice by the government to their owners. Vehicles are being lifted from outside people's homes and offices. These vehicles are being impounded by Delhi's transport department and taken to scrapyards. Nearly 55 lakh vehicles in Delhi have been deregistered so far. The Delhi government says they are simply implementing what the NGT and Supreme Court have asked them to do with respect to over-wedged vehicles.

We are joined by a few panellists. "Under the garb of making air quality better and implementing law, there's a 'mafia' of people in uniform prevailing in Delhi": said sports activist and lawyer Rahul Mehra. Watch in !
