Team India is geared up for it's next assignment against West Indies. The Indian team will play two Test matches, three ODIs, and a five-match T20 International series in the West Indies commencing on July 12. The BCCI released the teams for the visit on Friday. In place of senior players like Cheteshwar Pujara and Mohammed Shami, young guns like Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and pacer Mukesh Kumar have been included in India's Test squad for the first time. In addition to Navdeep Saini returning to the team, Ajinkya Rahane, who returned to the Test team for the World Test Championship final, has been elected vice-captain. While Jaydev Unadkat and Sanju Samson have been added to the Indian team's 50-over squad. We are joined by Vedam Jaishankar, Sports Journalist who will be expressing his views on this issue.
