The officer was in a residential area, and neighbours are totally unaware of the activities and the people who are coming to the property. That's another problem because there are no rules for residential area offices.
Remember when three accused were arrested in a double murder case in Bengaluru? The accused barged into the IT firm and stabbed to death a senior staffer in the office.
