Amid alarm by #taxidrivers, carpooling penalised in the IT capital of India; citizens can be fined up to Rs 10,000. Government has curbed citizens efforts to reduce pollution and congetion. It can create huge issue for daily commuters and may resulted into heavy traffic in congested city like Bengaluru.
