Following the sudden postponement of the Chandigarh mayoral elections and the announcement to councillors that the presiding officer had been unwell, the AAP filed a motion in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday. The administration informed the judge that February 6 is the new date for the elections. We are joined by a few panelist expressing their views on this issue. BJP's Amit Tiwari slams AAP & asks, "If Kejriwal is so apprehending, why is he not approaching court?”
