There was no progress made in the earlier discussions. The restriction on mobile internet services in Haryana was prolonged for a further two days, till February 19. Tuesday saw the start of the protesting farmers' march towards Delhi, but violence broke out when security forces halted them. At the borders of Punjab and Haryana, at Shambhu and Khanauri points, the farmers are not moving.
