3:38Now PlayingBreaking News: In a defamation case that dates back to 2018, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was granted bail by a special court in Sultanpur on Tuesday. The complaint was started on August 4, 2018, by Vijay Mishra, in response to statements Gandhi was said to have made against Home Minister Amit Shah on May 8, 2018, during a news conference in Bengaluru, in the midst of the Karnataka elections. Gandhi made a comment that was quoted by the complaint, in which he said that although the BJP claims to be committed to honest and clean politics, its president is a "accused" in a murder case.
