Six Congress MLAs who had cross-voted in the most recent Rajya Sabha elections were disqualified on Thursday by Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania for allegedly disobeying a party whip when casting their assembly votes for the state budget.
