However, her motion was denied. Pronouncing the verdict, Justice Sachin Datta's bench stated, "I have dismissed the injunction application." In December, the court postponed ruling on Mahua's plea and requested that the lawyers representing Dubey and Dehadrai record pertinent passages from the Lok Sabha ethics committee report that addressed this matter.
