Judge Subramonium Prasad sent notice on the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), the municipal administration, and the police, requesting a status report on the actions taken to guarantee that such instances do not occur in the future. The toddler was attacked by four to five dogs as she was sitting outside her house in the Dhobi Ghat neighbourhood of Tughlaq Lane. The dogs pulled the kid for a few yards before mauling her.
