2:34Now PlayingBreaking News: On Monday, the Congress filed a challenge in the Delhi High Court against the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal's decision to reject its appeal for a hold on the collection of unpaid taxes for the assessment year 2018–19. A bench consisting of Justice Tushar Rao Gedela and Acting Chief Justice Manmohan discussed the issue. The issue was only listed for Monday with the Court's permission. Another prominent member of the Congress party, Tankha, said that the party's finances had been blocked and that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal had denied their request for a stay last week.
