11:56Now PlayingTop News | The Supreme Court on Monday denied the state-run lender's appeal for an extension to produce electoral bond data, dealing a severe blow to the SBI and ordering it to provide all information by tomorrow, March 12. The top court declared the electoral bond programme "unconstitutional" on February 15 and ordered the SBI to provide the EC with a record of every electoral bond transaction made from April 12, 2019, by March 6. It further mandated that by March 13, this data be posted on the EC website. We are joined by Senior advocate Swapnil Kothari who will be expressing their views on this issue.
