A bench of Justices Ahnasuddin Amanullah and P K Mishra heard the appeal on November 21, 2023, and ordered the corporation to refrain from releasing any supposedly deceptive advertising or making any “casual statements claiming medicinal efficacy or against any system of medicine” to the media.
