According to party insiders, the directive was given by letter and has to do with the Water Ministry. Today at ten a.m., Delhi Minister Atishi delivered an update on the directive that Arvind Kejriwal had issued. "Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has voiced worries about water and sewer problems in certain parts of the city while in the custody of the ED. "He has instructed the deployment of sufficient water tankers in areas experiencing shortages," Atishi stated, reciting the directive he had sent.
