KCR allegedly sought the arrest of BJP leader BL Santosh to pressure the BJP's central leadership and ease ED scrutiny on his daughter, MLC K Kavitha, linked to the Delhi liquor scam. KCR was reportedly upset when the plan failed, leading to Kavitha's arrest.
