According to Iran’s official news agency IRNA, Pezeshkian said on Sunday that Iran’s negotiating team would continue defending the country’s interests during ongoing diplomatic engagements.
“Our negotiating team will not compromise when it comes to our country's honour and dignity. We are ready to reassure the world that we are not seeking nuclear weapons,” Pezeshkian said. He also underlined that Tehran was not seeking instability in the region. “We are not seeking unrest in the region,” he added, while reiterating that Iran’s “dignity and pride” would remain non-negotiable during talks.
