Actor Randeep Hooda also visited flood-hit villages to provide aid to the affected families. The assistance comes as the flood death toll in Upper Assam rose to 85, with over 1.36 lakh people still affected across five districts. Authorities continue relief operations, while thousands remain in relief camps and more than 15,000 hectares of farmland remain submerged.
