Explosions were also reported across Tambov, while a large blast in occupied Luhansk triggered a fire. Crimea too saw explosions, with reports of disruptions to electricity in parts of the peninsula and blasts near Yevpatoriya. The strikes come days after Ukraine targeted Ozon logistics facilities in Russia. Authorities have not independently confirmed all the reports. The attacks also come amid reports of a secret CIA director visit to Russia and claims that Washington had asked Kyiv to pause strikes during the visit.
