Jamie Raskin (D-MD) tells Ali Velshi. “The struggle between authoritarian lies and democracy and the struggle for the common good continues.” He adds that Trump’s promise to pardon people who have been convicted of January 6-related crimes is an “attack on constitutional democracy.” He notes, “They certainly have also not shown that these people are rehabilitated and reformed and no longer constitute a threat to public safety.”
