None of Texas’ Republican Senate candidates earned more than 50% of the vote to secure their party’s nomination.
The race will be a continuation of the brutal back-and-forth between Cornyn, a member of the Republican establishment, and Paxton, a Trump loyalist who is the state’s attorney general.
