1:33Now Playing"We're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County."
Rep. Jasmine Crockett speaks amid a voting controversy in Dallas County, Texas, after the Texas Supreme Court temporarily blocked an emergency order extending polling hours by two hours.
Polls were originally set to close at 8 p.m. ET, but a Dallas County judge approved the extension citing “mass confusion” after some voters were turned away and redirected to other precincts.
In its order, the Texas Supreme Court said any votes cast after 8 p.m. ET “should be separated.” The ruling is not final and could delay the release of the final results.
