David French joins Morning Joe to discuss his latest Op-Ed titled, “MAGA’s Birthright Meltdown Is in Full Effect.” In it, French argues Trump and the far-right MAGA coalition have been critical of the Supreme Court upholding birthright citizenship, trying to claim that America’s national identity is defined by ancestors being born on U.S. soil instead of the American creed which declares “that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
