Eleven-year-old Sofia Sanchez stole rapper Drake’s heart — and ours — while she awaited a heart transplant at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. After finally receiving her new heart in a successful surgery Monday, NBC senior national correspondent Kate Snow talked to her friends, doctors and teachers to check in on the “spunky” young girl’s prognosis.
