1:03Now PlayingThe estranged husband of an equestrian accused of plotting to kill him was rushed to a hospital just a day before news of the alleged “murder-for-hire” plan broke — and has not been seen since, according to a report.
Mark Remley, 57, was seen speeding in his black Ferrari to his burned-down $5.3 million mansion in Del Mar, California, last week before rapping on a neighbor’s door and saying he was having a seizure, the Daily Mail said.
“He was highly agitated and looked terrible, like he might have been detoxing from something,” an unidentified source told the outlet.
“He said he thought he was having a seizure, so the neighbor immediately rang 911. He was taken away in an ambulance to the hospital.”
Remley left his luxury car behind and “three days later, two of his friends arrived, took the car away, and put chains on the gates of the house,” the source said.
His condition remains unclear and his whereabouts are unknown, but the source told the Daily Mail: “Forget him being 57, apparently the guy looked more like 77.”
The bizarre incident came just a few days before it was revealed that Mark’s wife, Tatyana, 42, was arrested for allegedly taking out a $2 million hit on him.
Mark had gone to the police after he learned of the alleged plot from the friend whom his estranged wife bribed to kill him.
