Jordan Couture, 39, of Milton, sobbed as he copped to to negligent homicide and a slew of other charges on Tuesday for the 2021 wreck that left Kelsey, 7, and Kyriana, 10, dead, WMUR reported.
Neither girl was wearing a seat-belt, the truck was un-registered and Couture was driving 20 mph over the speed limit on a suspended license, authorities said.
