0:42Now PlayingA man’s routine visit to the doctor turned into a nightmare after physicians discovered that his penis was turning to bone, as detailed in a study published in Urology Case Reports.
The unnamed patient, who was in his 60s, had reported to the doctor’s office for “a trauma of the knee,” per the study. During the visit, he also alerted medics of a pain in his penis.
Upon examination, physicians didn’t find any prostate swelling, unusual discharge or any of the usual markers of phallic agony, so they conducted an X-ray to look for possible pelvic fractures, according to Live Science.
