The unnamed patient, who was in his 60s, had reported to the doctor’s office for “a trauma of the knee,” per the study. During the visit, he also alerted medics of a pain in his penis.
Upon examination, physicians didn’t find any prostate swelling, unusual discharge or any of the usual markers of phallic agony, so they conducted an X-ray to look for possible pelvic fractures, according to Live Science.
