Footage released by York Regional Police showed the gunman ambush the unsuspecting victim around 5:30 p.m. in Markham, Ontario — just north of Toronto — on Jan. 21.
The suspect parked a dark Audi A4 sedan outside the 41-year-old’s home and stood on a snow-covered sidewalk wearing a bright safety vest, a yellow construction helmet and a blue medical mask.
