0:31Now PlayingChicago isn't the only windy city! Hazardous winds whipped the coast of County Clare, Ireland and almost sent one weather tracker flying across the island. In the clip a man can be seen struggling with his instrument while attempting to take readings of Storm Éowyn. He was able to capture the winds at 118mph, the strongest since World War II. Earlier in the week forecasters issued a “red” warning across the whole island and parts of Scotland, meaning potential danger to life. Schools, trains, ferries and over 1,000 flights have been canceled in the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
