Footage captured by Genevieve Faulkner shows heavy flooding in Siganto Drive and Oxenford Weir in Queensland on Sunday.
Cyclone Alfred was downgraded to a tropical low off the east coast of Australia on Saturday morning.
The Bureau of Meteorology said heavy rainfall was expected to continue across southeast Queensland and northeast New South Wales over the weekend and possibly into next week.
