3:57Now PlayingWARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT. Israeli troops allegedly killed 15 medics and aid workers from the Red Crescent, Palestinian Civil Defense and the United Nations and buried them in a “mass grave” in Gaza, officials said.
The aid workers and their ambulances were buried in an impromptu grave, apparently plowed over by bulldozers, the UN said, with the Israeli military claiming it fired on the emergency vehicles after they began “advancing suspiciously” towards them.
While Israeli officials initially said it had killed Hamas operatives in the attack, none of the bodies recovered from the site matched the ID, with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society accusing the IDF of killing the medics “in cold blood.”
