0:56Now PlayingA 24-year-old man accused of firebombing a Tesla dealership in Colorado is now facing federal charges, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Cooper Jo Fredrick was arrested in Plano, Texas, after allegedly launching an incendiary device at a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colo., on March 7. The device narrowly missed several parked vehicles before igniting a fire.
Bondi issued a stern warning: “You can run, but you cannot hide. Justice is coming.”
In response to the attack, the FBI and ATF have launched a joint task force to crack down on this type of violence and coordinate the investigation.
