2:14Now PlayingDidarul Islam, the NYPD officer shot dead in the Park Avenue shooting, was a married father of two young boys, Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a press conference. Islam was shot in the back while working security detail at the building owned by Rudin Management. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died, authorities told The Post.
