1:14Now PlayingEx-marine Andrew Tsinkelis, 29, was arrested by the Tamps SWAT team on July 30 after allegedly firing shots at a golf cart at an apartment complex. The apartment manager and assistant manager were in the golf cart at the time of the shooting, and a female occupant suffered minor injuries. SWAT members were forced to remove Tsinkelis from his car after he barricaded himself inside.
