A Russian court on Friday, April 10th, detained Oleg Roldugin, an investigative journalist for Novaya Gazeta. Roldugin was arrested for allegedly misusing personal data following a raid and search of his home. Under Russian criminal law, misuse of personal data carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years if it causes "grave consequences."
