2:01Now PlayingOn April 21st, Commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan directed the establishment of SOUTHCOM Autonomous Warfare Command (SAWC) to support President Trump's national security priorities. U.S. Southern Command also said on X that they will be supporting "U.S. Secretary of War’s National Defense Strategy lines of effort, SOUTHCOM imperatives, regional security cooperation, and operational dominance."
