YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA cargo vessel was seen near Iraq’s Umm Qasr on Monday after Iraqi officials said it was struck by two explosions in the Gulf, including a suspected drone attack. The ship was reportedly hit about 40 nautical miles southeast of Umm Qasr, with the UK Maritime Trade Operations stating it suffered a projectile strike on its starboard side that caused a large explosion. Iraqi officials later said a second blast appeared to be caused by a drone, though no group has claimed responsibility. The fire onboard was eventually brought under control, and the identity of the vessel has not been confirmed.
