The search of Miranda’s house in Fresh Meadows followed a 2024 probe by the city’s Department of Investigation at the sheriff’s headquarters, sources said.
Investigators are probing Miranda’s handling of cash seized from illegal pot shops, in addition to a series of nonprofits connected to him, the sources said.
